Dear members / family and friends; Brief update on how its going.
Thank you to all that have collected ticket books / bought tickets and donated cartons towards the trailer. Ticket sales appear to be travelling along quite well, however we still have along way to go. We only have half the amount of tickets out at present. So please if you haven’t as yet got your tickets or require more to sell, get in touch with me, either by email or phone and I can post you some out. Remember there are only 5 tickets to a book at $20.00 each. And as an incentive the person who sells the most tickets by July 12th will win a $100.oo voucher to Choice 1 Liquor.
Also if anyone would like to help the club and donate a carton of beer or bottles of wine / soft drinks etc please give me a call. We are trying to get around 40 assorted cartons in the trailer to make first prize worth while.
Now unfortunately I won’t be at the next meeting, Tuesday 13th May as I will be away. So for those of you needing to get money and ticket butts to me I will be at the Championship Race day Sunday 18th May. After that we will still have 7 weeks to finalise tickets / donations of cartons etc.
