Our seasons racing is over and our AGM is fast approaching.
Matters for your urgent attention.
1. Nominations. We have had a very dismal response to nominations for the 2016/2017 committee. Please can ALL MEMBERS complete their nomination forms and return them to our secretary, Hilary as soon as possible.
2. Constitution changes. Anyone wishing to motion constitution changes please remember this is to be done 30 days prior to the AGM.
3. Can we have your input and suggestions regarding club rules we wish to put in place 30 days prior to AGM.
4. We are urgently seeking volunteers for a social committee for next season. Can we please have some hands up.
Anyone who has matters arising please contact Hilary or myself so that we can action these for the AGM.
